Clearance
First stage was to clear out the old garage to make space for our very own studio
Space made
The old shed has been removed and the space measured. Now to prepare the ground
Ground break up day 1
Ground preparation day one completed. Getting exciting now!
Ground break up day 2
The foundation is starting to take shape. Type 1 and then the filling in a few days time.
Ground work completed
The weather has not been kind to us but finally the base is finish. Building work starts in a week.
Framework
Two days construction by All Aspects Carpentry and Roofing and the studio is already looking great!
Ceiling and floor bases completed
We now have a ceiling on the studio with the felt to be done later in the week. The base for the floor has been completed too. Laminate flooring to be laid soon.
Plastered
Insulation and plaster has been completed. Just need to paint now once it is dry.
First coat of paint
That was a lot of painting but one of 4 coats of paint completed.
More painting...
The studio is almost finished. One more coat of paint needed, then windows and doors to be fitted.
Finished
This will be the last photo. We want to keep the inside a surprise for our customers. You wont be disappointed!
