THE CAKE SMASH EXPERIENCE

I bet you’re here wondering where on earth the last year with your tiny baby has gone!? A cake smash photoshoot is an amazing way to celebrate your little person reaching the one year milestone, at my beautiful photography studio in Sidcup, Kent. 

White, simple, timeless. Let’s create magic with some white balloons, a white buttercream cake and most importantly, your baby. They will be the focus at all times.

CAKE SMASH PROCESS

Family Portraits!

We first start off with natural parent/family portraits. These are lots of fun- no ‘smile at the camera’ poses!

Playtime!

We then have playtime! Lots of singing, bubbles and playing with my selection of beautiful wooden toys. This is a great way to capture those natural smiles and expressions.

Cake!

Then we bring out the cake! A 5″ white buttercream cake is provided for your cake smash photoshoot. You’ll absolutely love watching them explore, prod and tuck right into their delicious birthday cake!

– 1 hour session at my custom-built home studio in Sidcup

HOW TO BOOK

Get in touch

Simply fill in my contact form including your baby’s birthday and a full pricing guide will be sent. Booking in advance is recommended (anytime after your newborn photoshoot), as I only take a limited number of bookings a month. My diary fills up 3-4 months in advance, but do still get in touch if you are looking for a last minute booking, as I may be able to fit you in. Sessions can be secured with a deposit of £99.

Your Session

Once you arrive at the studio, it is time to relax! I will take the lead on your session and work my magic. Your session is 1 hour long and includes use of baby outfits & accessories. Sessions include 10 digital images, with the option to purchase more at your viewing appointment.

Your viewing appointment

This is the best part! You get to see your final gallery and choose which photos to take home with you. I’ll guide you through choosing your images, products and artwork for your home.
The remainder of your session fee is required at this stage.
